If you need additional hours beyond your subscription, we offer them at a discounted hourly rate compared to our standard hourly development service.
Is there a minimum commitment period for the subscription?
We typically ask for a 3-month minimum commitment for our subscription service. This allows us to really get to know your store and provide the best ongoing support and development.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
After the initial 3-month period, you can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. We don't want to lock you into a service you're not completely satisfied with.
