Cro Media definitely know what they are doing and are very very talented. There have been a few hiccups in regards to meeting deadlines and setting realistic deadline expectations. What does the Shopify CRO audit include?
A review of what is hurting sales now, standard ecommerce checks, recommendations specific to your store, experience-based A/B test suggestions, and a prioritized action plan.
Does the audit include a redesign?
No. This is a diagnostic and recommendation service, not a redesign project. We may illustrate a recommendation when that makes it clearer, but we do not promise redesigned pages.
Do you guarantee A/B test winners?
No. We suggest tests based on our Shopify experience and relevant evidence. A result can only be known after a valid test with enough traffic.
Do you need access to my store data?
We begin with the public store and public tools. If that evidence cannot explain an important issue confidently, we may ask for limited access to Shopify Analytics and any existing session recordings.
When will I receive the audit?
Within one week after we receive the store details and any access needed to complete the analysis.
