What is a 301 Redirect?
301 Redirect
This is when one URL has been permanently moved to another URL. When you create a new site, you may have traffic that goes to your old site, 301 Redirects will make sure that your old URLs are redirected to a corresponding page on the new site. For example, imagine you are a digital marketing company that offers SEO which has it's own page and therefore own URL on your old site, with a 301 this unique URL will redirect to the new landing page for SEO on your new site.
