Founded in 2007 by Nigel and Dianne Holling, The Bittersweet Chocolate Co was created to make great tasting chocolates and truffles. Drawing on Nigel's love of food and extensive experience in the catering industry, we set out to make great tasting, high quality chocolates using natural flavour.
