Acceptance of Terms #

By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Changes to the Terms of Service #

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Using CRO Media #

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Products. Our services include Shopify CRO audits, custom development, SEO, UX/UI improvements, and fixed Shopify modules. Upon purchasing a Shopify CRO Audit, you'll receive a comprehensive report detailing performance issues and providing exact estimates for necessary fixes.

We also provide fixed Shopify modules for purchase, such as checkout upgrades, sticky add-to-cart, new gallery layouts, AI chat, and AI quiz modules.

If you do not find value in the audit report, you are entitled to a refund with no questions asked. Additionally, we offer a monthly subscription service that grants you ongoing support and expert advice for your Shopify store for a fixed monthly fee.

We also provide fixed Shopify modules for purchase, such as checkout upgrades, sticky add-to-cart, new gallery layouts, AI chat, and AI quiz modules. After purchasing these modules, we will request access to your Shopify store to complete the installation.

Intellectual Property Rights #

Using our Products does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Products or the content you access. You may not use content from our Products unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These Terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Products. Please do not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Products.

Misuse of CRO Media Products #

You are prohibited from misusing our Products. This includes, but is not limited to, interfering with our Products or trying to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions that we provide. You may use our Products only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Products to you if you do not comply with our Terms or policies, or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

General Conditions #

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Third-Party Services #

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion. We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website. Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability #

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CRO Media and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Products; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Products; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Products by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Products.

Governing Law #

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
