Released delegatable billing permissions

Delegatable billing allows merchants to grant specific team members permission to view invoices, manage payment methods, and handle billing-related information—without elevating them to full account ownership.

This feature is available for merchants within an organization. Permissions can be delegated directly in the Shopify Admin under Settings > Users and permissions.
